How we handle your data.
Plain English, because a privacy notice you can't read protects nobody.

What we collect, and why
If you use the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email, phone and company if you add them, your message, and which page of our site you came from. It arrives as an email in our inbox, delivered by Resend, and we use it for one thing: replying to you. We don't add you to a mailing list.
If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation happens on WhatsApp under their terms, like any other chat.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages get visited. It is cookie-free and aggregated; it doesn't identify you or follow you to other sites. There is no advertising tech on this site.
The chat widget
The chat bubble is our own product, PromptMySite. Conversations with it are processed to generate replies. Don't put sensitive information in it; use the contact form or email instead.
The client portal
The portal is a private area for clients with an active engagement. What lives there is governed by the engagement contract, not this notice.
How long we keep things
Enquiries stay in our mailbox for as long as we need them to handle your request and any engagement that follows. Ask us to delete a message and we will.
Your rights
Under Isle of Man and UK data protection law you can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email info@futureproofsolutions.im and a person will deal with it. If you're not happy with how we handle that, you can complain to the Isle of Man Information Commissioner.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, we don't share it with advertisers, and we don't send marketing you didn't ask for.
